  • How long does a job take?

    At a minimum, 1 hour.

  • Can I drop off or wait?

    You can either drop off your vehicle, or you can stay and wait. When waiting, we schedule at a convenient time. When dropping off, it can be any time of the day.

  • Do you offer tinting services?

    No, but we can refer you to someone that does.

  • Do you do inspections?

    No, but we can refer you to someone that does.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we work with all major insurance companies and can assist with filing the claim.

  • What is a repairable sized chip?

    Typically a starburst is repairable. If the overall size of the break is the size of a credit card or larger, this is not repairable.

  • Will the repair be invisible?

    All cracks are different. Some cracks completely vanish while others you can still visually see. The ultimate purpose of a repair is to stop the crack/chip from continuing to run or get larger.

  • How soon can I drive the vehicle after replacing a piece of glass?

    Typically immediately. Detailed post instructions are given at the time of completing the job.

  • What is a recalibration?

    Recalibration is a process that ensures the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in a vehicle are functioning correctly after the windshield is replaced. These systems rely on cameras mounted on the windshield to operate, and recalibration ensures they are properly aligned and calibrated to accurately detect and respond to potential hazards

  • Do you replace only windshields or can you do any glass on the vehicle?

    We replace any glass on movable vehicles.

  • What is the timeline on getting glass ordered and scheduling a job?

    Typically, we say 24 hours. On occasion, more time is needed for certain vehicles.
